Right from the reel stand to the cut off unit, each unit of the plant is so designed, to operate in harmony with one another resulting in enhanced efficiency and streamlined operation. The Single facer provided with plant is bold new design, a radical departure from the conventional single facer, designed for today's markets & today's manufacturing techniques. It borrows too little from traditional single facer breaks new ground with several unique approaches to corrugated board production. The rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life.
